Wine and tea have a lot in common. Similar to wine, tea brings many sensory perceptions. Fresh tea offers complex fragrances that are typically fruity and floral, which vary depending on the variety of tea leaves and the way they are harvested and processed. Tea, like wine, may range from light to full-bodied. Both drinks can be paired with food and the variety within each drink works best at different times. Tea and wine express distinctive flavors that reflect where the tea leaves and the grapes are grown. For example, altitude, weather, soil or even harvest time can all affect how both tea and wine taste.

Ingredients : white tea, jasmine flowers, raspberry

Steeping Suggestion : Use 1.5 tsp/ 8oz cup. Steep 3-5 minutes in 180 ? water

For iced tea, use double amount of tea and steep normally. Pour over ice to drink immediately or add an equal amount of room temperature water and store in refrigerator. To sweeten, add sugar, honey, or stir in a sugar stick while the tea is still hot.
