Tea Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. In any case that you are unhappy with our products, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date so that we can resolve an issue in a timely manner.

Tea: We urge tea drinkers who buy from us for the first time to purchase sample packets so you become familiar with our flavor profiles. Due to the nature of sample packets, we do not make refunds for them. For established customers, we realize that the flavor of tea can change from year to year depending on the weather or the production process. With that in mind, we are happy to refund your money for any tea that you found unsatisfied due to a quality change. To request a refund, simply write to us and let us know what you found wrong with the tea. This will significantly help us improve future selections. There is no need to send the tea back to us. The only thing that we ask is for you to please pass on the tea to your family or friends who you think may enjoy it. This will save time and money for the return, and at the same time making someone else happy!

Wrong Products: If we made a mistake filling your order, we would gladly send you a replacement at no additional shipping cost. Please contact us within 48 hours after you have received the shipment so that we can respond to the issue in a timely manner. If we ask you to ship the wrong item back to us, we will provide return shipping label to you.
