Okumidori Matcha

Freshly stone-ground organic matcha from Hattori Farm in Shizuoka, Japan. Made from the premium Okumidori cultivar, this ceremonial grade matcha creates bright green color with full body and smooth umami cream flavor.

Prepping Suggestions: For a straight matcha drink, use 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder per 8 ounces of water. Begin making the drink by blending a small amount of water with the matcha powder. Stir or whip with a match whisk until completely blended. Top off with hot or cold water.

For a matcha latte, use 1/2 more matcha powder then described as above and blend together with a small amount of water. Pour over a cup of hot or cold milk and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
